The China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) kicked off in Beijing on Tuesday, bringing together hundreds of political and business leaders from around the world to strengthen cooperation and safeguard the stability of global industrial and supply chains amid mounting risks and challenges for global trade.

11月28日，2023中国首届国际供应链促进博览会（以下简称“链博会”）在北京开幕。来自世界各地政商等各界的数百名代表汇聚一堂，在当下全球经济面临诸多风险挑战的情况下，加强合作，维护全球产业链供应链稳定。

At the opening ceremony of the world's first state-level supply chain expo, Chinese Premier Li Qiang said that China stands ready to work with all parties to build more resilient, efficient and dynamic global industrial and supply chains.

本届链博会是全球首个以供应链为主题的国家级展会。在开幕式上，国务院总理李强表示，中方愿同各方一道，把全球产业链供应链建设得更具韧性、更有效率、更富活力。

With the theme, "Connecting the World for a Shared Future," the first CISCE features a series of activities, including an opening ceremony and Global Supply Chain Innovation and Development Summit, six thematic forums, one think tank forum and report release conference, as well as a variety of supporting activities like supply-demand matchmaking conference, industry seminars, and new product releases.

天宫空间站全貌高清图像首次公布

China releases 1st images of complete Tiangong space station

The crew of China's Shenzhou 16 mission captured incredible images of the Tiangong Space Station as they departed on their way back to Earth. 

神舟十六号乘组在返回地面前，拍摄了令人惊叹的天宫空间站全貌图像。

The pictures, taken with a high-definition camera, represent the first time the full structure of the Tiangong space station has been fully imaged since it arrived in orbit.

这些照片为高清相机拍摄，是天宫空间站入轨之后的第一组全构型工作照。

Prior to disembarking, the Shenzhou 16 team handed control of the space station over to the Shenzhou 17 crew, who arrived at Tiangong on Oct. 26. The three taikonauts (Chinese astronauts)  consisting of commander Jing Haipeng, Zhu Yangzhu and Gui Haichao then left Tiangong on Oct. 30 in the Shenzhou 16 return capsule and arrived back from low-Earth orbit on the same day.

Henry Kissinger dies

Former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger died on Wednesday at home in Connecticut at the age of 100, Kissinger Associates, Inc said in a statement.

基辛格咨询公司发布声明称，美国前国务卿亨利·基辛格于当地时间11月29日在康涅狄格州的家中去世，享年100岁。

Born in Germany in 1923, Kissinger was survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Nancy Maginnes Kissinger, two children by his first marriage, David and Elizabeth, and five grandchildren.

基辛格1923年出生于德国，与妻子南希·马金斯·基辛格相伴近50年，与前妻育有两个孩子——大卫和伊丽莎白，有五个孙辈。

滴滴为应用程序故障致歉

Didi apologizes for app malfunction

Chinese ride-hailing firm Didi Global Inc apologized for its app malfunction earlier this week and will launch a 10 yuan ($1.4) taxi discount coupon for each user, the company said on its social media account on Wednesday.

11月29日，中国网约车公司滴滴通过其社媒帐号发文，为本周早些时候其应用程序故障致歉，并提出为每位用户发放10元出租车折扣券。

The apology came as Didi's ride-hailing app reported a service breakdown affecting users in major cities like Beijing and Shanghai on Monday evening.

27日晚间，滴滴应用程序服务中断，影响了北京和上海等主要城市的用户。

The company said that the malfunction was due to "a failure of underlying system software" rather than "a cyberattack", and all services were now fully restored.

滴滴表示，事故是由于“底层系统软件故障”，而非“网络攻击”，目前所有服务均已完全恢复。

The company will carry out an in-depth technical risk investigation and upgrades to ensure the service's stability and avoid a recurrence, it said.

公司将进行深入的技术风险调查和升级，以确保服务的稳定性，避免再次发生此类故障。
